Shipping Information
Domestic Orders
We offer free domestic shipping if your order contains 3 items ore more.
For all domestic orders tracking number is provided for standard shipping. Domestic orders are shipped by UPS ground and arrive in 4-7 days. Shipping cost for the fist item is USD5.95 and for the second item USD0.99.
Second Day Air is available for domestic orders and will be shipped by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Tracking number will be provided. Shipping cost will be displayed once you enter your zip code in the checkout page.
Canadian Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped by UPS or USPS standard. Shipping cost for the fist item is USD9.95 and USD0.99 for each additional item. Orders arrive in 3-10 business days. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.
International orders
We use USPS first calls mail international for international orders. Shipping cost for the fist item is USD18.95 and USD3.95 for each additional item. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on your address. We will provide shipping confirmation number which is not however a tracking number.
Expedited shipping is available for international orders, which typically arrive in 4-7 business days. The shipping cost will be calculated once you enter your shipping address in the checkout page. Full tracking is available for expedited international shipping. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card..
Sale Tax Information
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Electronic Checks.
We do not collect or store your credit card information. We use PayPal or Google Checkout for processing the orders. If you already have a PayPal or Google Checkout account simply log in to make your payment. If you don't have a PayPal or Google Checkout account you still can make your payment with a credit card without creating an account.
